Do you provide weather forecast updates or advisories before the tours?

Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. While we don't send out routine weather forecast updates, we closely track local conditions leading up to every tour. If the forecast suggests weather that could affect your experience, we'll proactively reach out—usually at least 24 hours in advance—to discuss options and, if needed, reschedule for a time that works best for most participants. We'll always contact you by email or phone with any important updates.
