Can I use flash photography or a flashlight on the Zino's Petrel Night Expedition?

Flash photography is prohibited. A low-intensity flashlight may be used only when necessary while walking to and from the listening area, and it must be aimed at the trail. Wind Birds can provide a flashlight for the walk. Switch it off when bird observation and listening begin, because Madeira’s conservation rules prohibit flashes and lanterns during the activity.
