What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations are charged by notice period:

• More than 72 hours before start: no charge.
• 72 to 24 hours before start: deposit is non-refundable.
• Less than 24 hours before start: full tour price is charged.

Deep Sea Pelagic tours (including Zino’s Petrel Sea Expedition) are final and non-refundable, but you may change the booking holder’s name.

A date change is treated as cancellation + rebooking, so the same terms apply.
