Do you guarantee the species to see?

We do our best to locate wild species, but we cannot guarantee the number or exact species seen on any tour. Our guides will always work to maximise sightings for the season, including endemic species when conditions allow. As wildlife tours are effort-based, we cannot refund or offer a repeat trip when specific birds or cetaceans are not observed.
